The Baldwin Hockey Club is a non-profit organization that sponsors ice hockey as a club sport for residents of the Baldwin-Whitehall School District. Membership is open to any 6th through 12th grader who has an interest in competitive ice hockey. We also have a new developmental program for younger players.
Our Varsity, Junior Varsity (JV), and Freshman teams compete in the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Hockey League (PIHL), are sanctioned by USA Hockey, and operate under the guidelines set forth by those organizations. The hockey season begins in mid-October and continues through March.
Past accomplishments have included a Pennsylvania State Championship, "The Pittsburgh Cup," and an undefeated season. With the dedication of the coaching staff, the players, the parents, and the leadership of the Club's Board Members, the Club is looking to continue its tradition of excellence and commitment to sportsmanship and athletic and personal development.

The "BWAA" as it is known in the community is dedicated to providing children an opportunity to play ball (baseball or softball) in an environment that is structured, supervised and most of all enjoyable to children and their families.
We are proud to be a part of two communities (Baldwin and Whitehall) for over thirty years. The BWAA is open to children from all communities and is dedicated to the principle that no child will be denied the opportunity to play ball.
The BWAA has structured leagues in the following age groups for girls and boys:
15 and over
These age groups are guides and are not designed to restrict a child. Should you have a question concerning your child the BWAA can help you decide. The overriding principle of where a child can play is safety for the child and other children. The BWAA is a parent run organization.
We rely on the volunteer-ism of the parents and guardians of our children to see that we provide the best chances for our children to play. The BWAA believes in playing ball in an environment that shows a high level of sportsmanship.
We are proud to say that we are the first organization in the area that is developing a code of conduct for parents, managers, coaches and umpires. This code of conduct will ensure that children play in an atmosphere that is conducive to the highest level of sportsmanship with good clean competition.
