Six Week Summer Day Camp

Time: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm, Monday through Friday
Cost: Free, but registration is required
Where: Snyder Park, Frank Park, Overlook Acres Park, and Union Park

This year the six week summer day camp will be enhanced by Skyhawks Pittsburgh Youth Sports Instruction in addition to the existing crafts, games, inter-park play, special events, and field trips that we have done for years.

The program is designed for Whitehall Borough residents between the ages of 6 and 15 years old.  All parks are opened and staffed with Recreation Aides from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm Monday through Friday.

This year's event will feature performances by 2012 American Idol Finalist, Adam Brock, and Legendary Pittsburgh Oldies Band Pure Gold, along with many other special features highlighting Pittsburgh.

It's a day filled with delicious food, prizes, games and fantastic entertainment!.

"Operation Toy Drive"

An "Operation Toy Drive" collection box will be displayed in the library lobby from November 1st through 30th.  Show your generosity this holiday season by dropping off a new, unwrapped gift for families of the military in VA hospitals in the Pittsburgh area.
