Borough Administration

The Borough of Whitehall is a Home Rule Community and operates under the Council-Manager form of government. Borough Council is made up of 7 Elected Officials. The Borough Manager, Borough Solicitor and Borough Engineer are appointed professionals.

Administrative staff is available from 8:30 AM-4:30 PM Monday through Friday. If you have an emergency that requires immediate attention during non-business hours, please call 911.

The Municipal Complex is located off of Route 51 at 100 Borough Park Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15236
