Pets & Animal Control

Whitehall Borough partners with several communities for animal control services.  Administered out of Mt. Lebanon, the South Hills Cooperative Animal Control agency includes Baldwin Borough, Baldwin Township, Bethel Park, Carnegie Borough, Castle Shannon Borough, Dormont Borough, Heidelberg Borough, Greentree Borough, Mt. Lebanon, Scott Township and Upper St. Clair.

This agency responds to calls for service of loose, stray and lost pets.  A kennel for housing animals is maintained in Upper Saint Clair.   It also handles wild animal complaints and incidents.
